Wow! Love that chicken wire tip. I've known that you can use it in a vase, and build a bouquet in a vase (which I don't really care to do) but I never thought of holding it in the hand! Great tip!

Thanks that looks like a great skill to practice, never seen this before and I always have difficulty arranging flowers on the few times I have, much appreciated.

That's a beautiful bouquet 💐 i love the color combo and shape. I paid $150 for my bridal bouquet that was less than 1/2 the size of yours. About how much would that one cost??

so beautiful! would you ever recommend securing it above the chicken wire and attempting to remove the wire?
@Blossomandbranch

I wouldn’t-it’s very intertwined but you really can’t see it at all! :)

Do you succession plant delphinium and bee balm? Or how do you get them to bloom in the fall? Our delphinium usually finishes up in early June and bee balm, usually by July or so. Love the chicken wire idea!

Delphinium usually reblooms for us in the cooler fall temps if cut back in early summer and we succession the bee balm (second flush usually has shorter stems but can still be usable)!

Great info on bouquet making which I'm doing a lot of right now! How do you take care of your nine bark? I heard Dave Dowling say you cut it back in the fall. Do you do this? Thx!

i need to try this technique! for bridal bouquets - do you ever hide the chicken wire a little more/are you worried about it snagging on a dress?
@Blossomandbranch
@Blossomandbranch Жыл бұрын
Nope, there shouldn’t be ends poking out (just bend them in) and the chicken wire isn’t visible even up close. :)

Awesome, thank you! Did you say the chicken wire was reusable at the beginning of the video? Or once you build the bouquet, it needs to stay in the bouquet? I can’t see how you’d be able to get it out lol
@Blossomandbranch
@Blossomandbranch 2 жыл бұрын
I'd keep it in! Once the bouquet is done being used you could remove it and reuse it. :)
