Avoiding trims every 6 weeks is true. Per my hair dresser's recommendation, I used to get trims often and people were commenting that my hair was looking shorter and shorter each time. Once I stopped this, my hair is finally growing.

I see my stylist every 6-8 weeks for highlights, and I just ask her to cut off the “gross” parts like split ends. If I don’t have any, she just doesn’t cut it. With this, I only get a cut every 6-8 months or so. It’s good to have a stylist that knows what they’re doing!

What about if you let your (fine) hair air dry for 10-15 minutes before blow drying, in order to use heat less longer? Would it be good, or should you blow dry your hair when they are still damp, just after taking the extra moisture out with a towel?

It’s all about the scent of the product ppl go for, and that will be the right one for your hair and Feelings. I’m a HS and used to mentored newbies coming in to work in the salon. We used KERASTASE and I love their scents in most products so in my professional opinion it comes down to the smells. Yes the elixir serum is amazing 😻 I love it too. Hi! I wanted to know if I can apply leave in conditioner and then an hour after apply heat? Like straightening the hair? I do apply heat protector before, I’ve seen your videos and you recommend to use leave in conditioner so I was wondering if I can apply that and still use heat or just skip the leave in that day? And also, what shampoo can I use to replace the redken volume injection? It is not available in my country so I don’t know what to use for fine hair.

Haha I know exactly what you mean. It's really bad here in Florida. Hair will always lose to water. So humidity + sweat from dancing really messes up your hair. You have two options. #1 try to stay in the air conditioning 😂 Or #2 using an iron on your hair will help seal it and make it last longer vs the humidity. But if you spend enough time outside the humidity eventually always wins :(
