So glad to see this video, been dealing with this non stop since I started playing bout 3 days ago and have gas lit myself like crazy thinking it was my router.. tried looking online about it but honestly didn’t see much there besides some Reddit posts so swore it had to be just me

Bro me too I swapped my router 3 times. I have the best internet you can get so I was getting annoyed. Hopefully it's fixed sooner than later but yeah for now VPN is needed.

@@BltzZ haha, for sure! it really helped for you to also show the bug in the video as it pinpoints the exact issue I'm having as well. I'll try to VPN route and a minor request on my end I'll try to keep a eye out for bug fixes but if you see them address it or correct it in a future patch if you could please call it out in a future video I'd greatly appreciate it because honestly besides the VPN route I may just hold off on playing for a bit until they fix it but as I type this sentence my commitment to that plan is already faltering, lol.

Quantum Fiber in Florida here. Having the same issue. It might be on our ISP's end, make sure to make a support ticket for Quantum...might have to have multiple people doing this to get it looked at.

It's so frustrating to me that it keeps disconnecting me and appreciate you making a video I am really hoping the dev team fixes it really soon because the games so darn fun when I get in but can be a lot to disconnect every other game or more even though my internet is completely fine

I honestly think it's probably a mix of the amount of new players and the lack of space on servers. I wasn't experiencing this glitch at first but then did the second day I tried to play. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this happen to them, but when I get the disconnect bug, my PC will disconnect from the Wi-Fi entirely, which makes it seem like an issue on my end but it only happens when I get this bug. I know that the internet can be automatically disconnected from if the PC needs to save power, or at least, there was an option for that. My PC is brand new and has all the specs needed to run the game too, so it's not anything on my end. I hope they get this figured out, I was just beginning to get the hang of some of my main heroes and my husband and I were hoping to play together.

This is so lame that we have to resort to this. I even saw that this was an issue in the beta. Surprised they didn't do anything then. I still don't understand why they don't just remove the penalty until this is fixed. I have 2 hours played in game time over this week and i was on the game for over 12............... very frustrating
