the feeling of getting whipped out of your seat on that last inversion with -1.65G! ridiculously good!

I love this coaster, I don't know why other enthusiasts hate it so much.

I think this comes from most enthusiasts wanting it to be more intense, and often hearing normal guests praising it for how great it is. Most enthusiasts expect quite a lot from the ride, and you are very likely to be disappointed with such high expections. It is a great fit for the park, and to be honest, I found it to be more intense than I remembered. In addition, the Heartlineroll is amazing :-) ~Kevin

@@CoasterStats It's at a goddamn family park, you are not gonna get i305 intensity. I don't know why people have these high expectations.

@Another Swiss KZbin User As mentioned, I think this comes from most visitors praising the ride, but as most visitors are no enthusiasts, this might cause the expectations to be too high. Fans from abroad usually don't hear much about it, only that it is one of the best rides in the park (which it is). And with it winning the Golden Ticket Award for years now, it is easy to expect one of the best rides of the worlds best park to be a world-class coaster. This ride is not the fastest, tallest, longest, so it doesn't get talked about too much.

Great force! Not forceless or too forceful.That ride's mirror clone will be opening at my new home park next month. Defintely looking forward to getting season pass there.

Well built. Launch & First element as weak as expected, Vertical Gs change slowly most of the time making it not too intense, everything else is on point. Great ride. It's also clearly running faster than it did few years ago, it ran a couple of years crawling over the hill passing the loop, yet now this hill is a sustained floater. Surprising.

We did, but the video did not meet our standards, hence why we decided not to publish it. I can't promise you a date yet, but we are planning to make another recording. ~Kevin

I really don´t get the hype surrounding this coaster. For a family coaster that they claim it is the layout is way too thrilling, but for a thrill coaster it just feels way too weak when riding it.
@CoasterStats3 жыл бұрын
I think "Family-Thrill" is more fitting. Europa-Park advertises it as a Thrill-ride, which it is compared to the rest of the park. You just have to keep in mind that Europa-Park has a strong focus on families, and the queues for blue fire show that it is a great fit for the park just as it is. The Heartlineroll is still a highlight, even for thrillseekers! ~Kevin

Teens are also part of many families, and they often want a bit more than what is usally called a "family" ride, and that's what Blue Fire is. It's relatively tame with a few exciting moments, which makes it ideal for people who aren't used to very intense coasters. I'm also pretty sure that I haven't seen a single person calling Blue Fire an outstanding coaster, but you are for sure the 20th person I'm seeing that is disagreeing with an opinion that doesn't even seem to be that widespread. It's a good coaster, because it's a crowd pleaser. But it's not outstanding from an enthusiasts view and I don't think there ever was as much hype as some people pretend.
