Blue Heron has built the very same Floorplan at Lake Las Vegas. HOA, Master HOA and SIDs still apply. Except, you get the lake.

That's correct. The community at Lake Las Vegas is Shoreline that has the same floor plans. Some of those homes will have Lake Views while others will not. The locations are very different. Some of the homes at Stonewater will have Strip views.

I always watch these premiers twice. One day I'll see a blue heron in person. The general set up is similar to those 3 floor tri pointe models, esp the starwells. I'd tile under the stairs and put in a Yamaha baby grand piano.
