Blue Lake Zone, Act 1 (Aquatic Ruin Remix) - Sonic The Hedgehog 2 CD

This may count as a teaser for what I've been working on. But this is the Act 1 variant of my Aquatic Ruin Remix I made a few days ago for a stage known as "Blue Lake Zone".

lol, blue lake is actually one of the cut zones in the game this can fit for both aquatic ruin and blue lake (sometimes known as blue ocean) pretty cool remixes ngl

FUN FACT: This Blue Lake Zone remix of Aquatic Ruin Zone would make a GREAT Good Future remix of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic 2 2013's Aqautic Ruin Zone.

Blue Lake Zone aka Wood Zone Past

I am pretty sure Blue Lake/Ocean would have used Mystic Cave 2p, while Hidden Palace/Olympus/Warp Point used track 10.

Mystic Cave 2P has been the Hidden Palace Zone track for most of the game's lifespan up until it's complete cut after the August 21st Prototype. Emerald Hill 2P is the supposedly correct track for Blue Lake Zone, but Aquatic Ruin honestly fits leagues better than it.

@@bladewolfdarknight1605 Listen to Masa's demo version of Mystic cave 2 player and tell me it sounds more like a palace than a level that had its main gimmick as a submarine in the ocean.

@@Cretaceous158 As I said in another comment which you saw, Mystic Cave 2 Player doesn't have the same vibe as other past themes such as Tropical Plant and Snow Rock World, so I don't think it was for Blue Lake. It must've been for Ocean Wind because the final version has a coastal vibe, and the instrument at the beginning of the demo sounds like a foghorn to me, so it would fit perfectly in Ocean Wind.
