I do not see any concrete uniqueness in the so called "blue ocean strategy". In the end it is creating new services or products clients would not expect. And Streaming as such isn't new. It was new to stream videos - as it had been done for music since ...

Doesn't the product(s) by itself define the Red/Blue Ocean strategy ? Red/Blue Ocean is meaningless without first defining the product.

If you are speaking from a product centric. Then yes. But if you are doing from a user centric then the market you target changes what end product you make
