Can I use all purpose flour instead of cake flour?

Hi Deepa! Chiffon cakes uses cake flour because it makes it light and fluffy. If you are using all purpose flour, I suggest you replace 2 teaspoon of flour with corn flour. This will make the cake lighter. Hope this information helps you.
