Great to see people that love catching and eating bluegill. They are fun to catch, don't need expensive gear, and taste great. I like deep frying them with the bones and scales, (gutted and de-headed). The bones become crispy and crunchy

Hi Bobby! You're so right! Inexpensive tackle is all you need to catch these hard fighting little guys. They're about as tasty as fish can get. I agree with your method of cooking them whole too.
