Congratulations truck driver! One way you can p be healthy on the truck is to get cooking items that you can plug in and cook on your truck. One way that I try to exercise on the truck is to park the farthest away that you can from the truck stop so when you have to go to the bathroom then you have to walk the farthest away from the truck stop and that gets your heart pumping.

Thank you very much my friend 🙏 that’s a very good idea! I got an electric skillet that Ives used once so far. I am planning to try to meal prep so I can just heat my meals up or maybe eat them cold, like chicken wraps for example. I definitely want to make it a point to try to get some physical exercise every day. Are you still trucking?

if it is beeping at you maybe the wattage is either to high or to many things are plugged in. or check the owners manual that came with the truck thats what i would do. or do a process of elimination plug everything in and then cook if it beeps then unplug on item at a time if it still beeps when you only have the skillet plugged in then you know. but if not then you cook with everything else unplugged.

Yeah, I had surgery when I was a kid And Passed away 3 times But this Doctor was relentless. I guess from using the paddle. Or what not I got a scar from one of the paddles. You was using. And I was gone for a little bit over The whole thing in me passing was about 45 minutes. Dora knows 3 times and I went to a place. And apparently I wasn't alone because which is kind of strange in this? Process, that was fine, no wings. Just flying all over the place Add had gotten comfortable strange story. But somebody else was coming up behind me on the side and I looked back. There was somebody there. It was right around my age and maybe a younger brown Hair But this place that we were flying through there's nice rolling hills sunny Where the couple clouds in the sky, white clouds and we're flying along. Everything's going well so I thought I didn't know what to expect. And this weird thing happened there was an inverted. Tornado just appeared And it didn't affect me. It was windy, but it didn't affect me. But him on the other hand the person I was with He got sucked up into this invert. A tornado and it was going up best so I try to follow. I got close and then when I touched this fingerto grab them and try to. Bring him down. I didn't know what that was. I still don't know what it was. What happened there. But as soon as I touch this finger. I woke up on the surgery table. And the colors were bright vivid. The brightest day isn't even close to what it was look like what I was there. But my instinct was to save him and I failed Kind of Bothers me. But again I was a kid still innocent I just thought I'd share that because I don't know what that inverted tornado was and why that other person that was with me got sucked up into thand I couldn't save a minute and I lost a plate or a power to fly . What, but whatever it wasn't flying. I did not have wings. Which I found pretty interesting. And on top of witch, yeah, play the Superman are heroes and Batman. And flying around haven't a good time. This was back in the Mid eighties. And I kind of wonder if I did something wrong by trying to save this person.

Congrats on your truck. You’re off & running now. 👍🏽 I let my truck run while I’m using the microwave or air fryer. Once it’s cooked I shut’er down to eat. Til next time my friend.

Thank you very much Mike 🙏 I am really loving it so far! I will definitely plan to keep it running as well. I know you have a lot of experience and I am thankful for the advice! Do you prep your meals ahead of time? I remember seeing you show that on one of your videos. I’m thinking of maybe trying that for most of the week at least. So that I can just heat them up, eat and go!

@@17GlockMr You’re very welcome 👍 I agree. Over the road is a lifestyle change. To me, it’s worth no less than $1200 a week, and even that is on the low end. I have been disappointed with every company I’ve been with in some way or another. Either pay, home time or the schedule. I’ve yet to find a good mix that I’m satisfied with in trucking, but I do believe they are probably out there. I wish you the best with it my friend and God bless
