Latrell can be ordinary at club level but in the origin arena it brings the best out of him,he is a beast at that level.give him plenty of ball early and back him up.the centre pairing looks a real threat with ex panther Crighton.yeah,bring it on ,go the blues.

The odds were against us in Sydney. Now they are talking about Melbourne as being favourite. Too much attention on one player is not good for team morale. Origin is a different beast altogether. Billy's team is very young with a few older guys who bring some experience. Nicely balanced side of players picked in key areas. What can go wrong? Everyone needs to do their bits to fire up the whole team. Alot of workhorse in this side facing the blues but clearly with some strike weapons on the backline. Qld Maroons 2024 is about team effort to retain the origin shield again & make it 3-peat. To do it in front of your fans is very special. If we can restrict the blues in their half for the full eighty minutes. Then their strike weapons Moses & Latrell will find it difficult to run amok. I'm sure Billy again has something special for the Maroons. Let's do it now & also breaking the drought at the MCG on Wednesday night.

I think you’ve hit the nail on the head. It’s how the Maroons always approach Origin. Everybody doing their bit for the team. It never should be about individual stars. I think the Blues get swept up in the media hype about what Latrell will do. Well he’s nothing without the rest of the team. Sadly for us down south we believe in a team of champions when really we need a champion team.
