I'm digging the sheep's foot and warncliff. I really like the fact that it has a hollow grind. I like small fixed blades, but the flat grinds tend to either be too thick behind the edge, or they use a thinner stock than id want on a fixed blade.

I am in the market for a nice small EDC fixed blade but I am wrong for thinking $175+ is way too much money to spend? These knives do look fantastic with premium metal but I am just a cheap bastard

@@davidaustin4407 in general; not really. Magnacut, heat treated properly; this is around what Id expect. I'm not sure what "northeast" refers to, but if it's American made then I'd say this isn't all that expensive at all. It's about what you'd pay for an Italian maker like Lionsteel.

Buying small fixed blades from mass production companies (especially Chinese ones) is really strange. You probably have a handful of small makers in your area who would make you something similar for the same or less money. I just paid 135 for a pocket fixed blade in s125v.

@@CNYKnifeNut this is a design from one of our local makers. If he didn't use an OEM for a production model he would have a really hard time fulfilling all the requests he gets at a decent price.

There is so many better knives sharper and stronger and will last you much longer from 30 t o 40 and $50
