Ive got only 4530..is it the same procedure as yours? Is it "charge air pressure control" or "boost pressure actuator" error?

Good fix saving the customer some money there and what could have been a difficult job for yourself. 👍

I have the same issue on my 525d, I am only getting max 1200 mbar charge pressure when driving, there is also no movement on the electronic actuator arm, I've got same codes as you 3f57 and 4530, is it hard to take the arm off the actuator? I want to see if its sticking first.

A couple of hours in getting access to the turbo my arm was seized so luckily I didn’t have to go further and remove the turbo

You got to start with codes and look at what boost pressure you are getting could be turbo could be boost leak it’s hard to know
