Thanks, I'm working from home, doing about 1-2 bars per night. the weekends is where they all get put together. Soon there will be less fab and more systems installations.

It depends on which bar. the main hoop I make a dummy bend to check where on the car the bend will be, The Door bars I make a template, the A-pillars, I make one and cut it up to fit and use to make another, and I have a JD2 Bendicator for the windshield and harness bars. you can see it in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/n4K0hKmGf5qkpqs

@@nilotheking I used to just try to bend them up with math, but after many messed up ones, I now make a cardboard template and notch them in.
