These G Series cars are proper weird. Sometimes I like them, the new M5 Comp. The M3 touring. The 8 Series. All lookers IMO. Even the current non M3 series is alright. The 4 series is ugly from the front but a corker from every other angle. The 2 series is a looker until you get round the back. The 2 Series ‘Active Tourer’ is like a melted second gen Kia Sportage and the 1 Series is like someone crashed a Mk3 Focus into a rip speed catalogue circa 2004.

@@sidewalkdancesgym 6 is an expensive car but a looker. That’s it for BM lookers of last decade plus. Current Active tourer actually ok. Looks like a shrunken grey import Jap market minivan like a Toyota Vellfire. I’ve been waiting since Bangle 2003 era for pleasing on the eye designs. Hasn’t come. The Z8 is achingly beautiful. I still love the tech and long for a bmw to buy. Isn’t coming. Is it.

Your sensible "put the lid of the wax pot on a bucket lid" is far too boring. I'd rather put it down somewhere, forget where I've put it, and then spend 10 minutes swearing whilst I try to find it. I completely agree about the new shape beemers - I've got a 2015 330i estate and think it looks better than the new ones. Best of luck to the "lucky couple" getting married. Car looks beautiful. 100% agree with you about BMW, and most new cars now. But I do believe manufacturers aren't really interested in buyers over 40 anymore. They're interested in tade it for a newer model every few years on PCP, and buyers who live for tech and large screens.

I use KC FSE as a drying aid after every wash cant beat it. Price for a 1ltr of FSE is not matched by any other similar product

Another good watch but hanging cloths out to dry on a line and you were complaining about dust on the car. It is now in your cloths and then you put them on the car and they are like sandpaper. I wash mine at 30 degrees then hang over a clothes horse at room temperature then into a lidded storage box until next use. On a brighter not those wheels are mint in shine and design.

Totally agree with you Paul on modern BMW, they look awful.prefer older cars anyway, owned my 2001 mk4 golf gti for 20 years . Tried valetpro citrus once but never again,worst citrus I've ever used . Started using mile deep products recently and very impressed with them,plus there premises are only ten minutes away 😊.

I took a terrible fall a while back, broke my neck and my back. I can no longer drive at this time because of my injuries for the simple things in life I sure miss. I had an E30ix As I live in Brentwood Tennessee, from California and because of the weather here, the all wheel drive was really good in California. The car was relatively boring as it’s got a 410 gear ratio so it’s not real good on the freeway but on the back roads going up hills great stuff and it looked awesome. I had a 535IS and it got stolen. I would sure love to have another E 28 and I agree the new ones. Don’t look anywhere near as thought out and classic.

Hi Paul, just a quick question, that citrus pre wash you used, would this safe to use on a ceramic coating on a regular basis, as I'm looking for a more cost effective pre wash, thanks

It’s very safe in fact even a stronger alkaline product would help to unclog the coating

I have the 5" In2Detailing DA and it's very good value for money! Also have their nano polisher. Yes they aren't built like a Flex or Rupes & may have more vibrations etc. But in terms of bang for buck they're very good.

I agree with you 100%, I own an e28 and an e23 and they are so much more original looking. Those new BMWs look awful and they are made for the Asian market aswel, so not for our taste unfortunately.

Great video with fantastic results. Saw you driving it on your Insta post and boy did that beauty shine (driver let the side down though) 😂😂😂. I recently washed my cloths (non bio liquid - no fabric conditioner at 30 deg) and they've picked up some black fibres (I can only think from inside the washer) and are coming out when you use them. Any ideas how to get rid of them and should I ditch the non bio and get the reviver you showed??

Great, love classic bmw. I remember when I had my E36 in the same colour, also single stage, Meguiars Mirror Glaze Show Car Glaze followed by p21s wax was gods sent, pita to apply, but the car was always looking dripping wet, used to get comments on how great it looks almost everyday, some ppl still remember that car after 10 years, I miss it a lot too 🤷🏻‍♂️
