In the service manual they say 18Nm, but one of my friends did that and after a few months hid differential broke.

It does not have any torque spec. It needs a 500NM tool to unbolt it. You have to mark the nut with the diff and shaft and count the number of turns it takes to unbolt it. Then reinstall everything, count the number of turns and align everything. This is the correct procedure according to NEWTIS and ISTA+. This here in the video is just a cheap job done by some inexperienced folks that led to the destruction of the diff in a short time. +1 for using the correct tools, too bad they don`t come with the knowledge.
