BMW F40 M135iX Update - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

Welcome everyone to a new VLOG for our shop car the F40 M135iX!
We're here to give you the front page info on our experiences owning this car nearly 3 months in.
Spoiler its been a wild ride!
It's worth noting that during the end of the video where our car had to be towed it's extremely rare for the "Fuel Pump Control Module" or FPCM tp fail on Bxx engines, this looks like just luck of the draw.
FPCM replaces what used to be a EKP module on the N54, N20, N55, S55 etc.
We also took it to the Drags in Stock Format to see what we could do!

Overall it's not too bad, it does the daily crap pretty well, however the biggest complaint is that 2-3 shift most times will jerk the car it's like you've just started driving manual for the first time lol. But being a 21 build to unlock the ecu is pricey unfortunately.

ECU tune does improve that shift issue a fair amount if the tune has the tq limiter bypass enabled. But yes femto cost is pretty high unfortunately 😔

@@MYMOUNTAIN_122 in the next month, just busy wrapping some things up on the N20 we just featured on the channel. DP is in hands finally... Took 8 months to arrive from Mode Auto Concepts.... But i just need to install it revise tune slightly and head back to drags on e85. 98 ron stage 2 drags will come later then I'm installing an IM500 turbo But we need a stage 1/2 HPFP upgrade as stock turbo on e85 we're just nipping the max capacity of the stock TU HPFP.

@@JosephGMarrero when we have the gear in our hands yes -- however we are intending to start videoing content for Kens engine which is now utilizing the Darton Sleeves (Kens build is previously featured on this channel)
