BMW M4 CRAZY Maintenance Costs!

After 12 months of owning my 2015 BMW M4 it's time to review all of the maintenance costs I've incurred.
While this car is a joy to drive, I now understand the bad reputation that BMW 's have for their maintenance... This is by far the most expensive car I've ever had to maintain and things add up quite quickly!
Please note that prices may be high as I live in Socal and do not have the space or major tools to do the work myself! (for now)
Hope this gives some insight to any potential BMW M4 buyers as to some of the costs that can add up quick!

I have the same problem with my back window. Every shop I go to says they don’t do regulators 🤦🏾‍♂️ where did you take your car ?

@@TopFlightPlut0 I attempted to do it myself! I bought the whole thing (you have to buy the huge price all together) and I couldn’t do it by myself lol…. So I took the car to a shop I know in LA! They finished the job. I think was around $1100-1500 in total :/

I think it really comes down to the example m4 that you buy. If you buy a clapped 45k mile m4, it may be cheaper up front, but its gonna cost you more than the 60k mile m4 that has been taken care of - My f82 hasnt had any issues and aside from gas and the inevitable tire/brake pad replacement, its been smooth sailing for over a year! (It helps to do your own maintenance, oil changes are extremely easy on the s55)

Couldn't agree more! well taken care of higher milage cars often times are better than beat on lower milage... That being said, some random stuff like wheel barring are random and definitely hurt the wallet. If you can DIY maint your are ahead of the game! Enjoy your F82 - I sold my F83 and sort of want to get back into one... I miss it! such a great car
