If I just did an engine build, and I plan on refilling the entire engine and cooling system with coolant, should I prefill the engine through the top radiator hose or pull a vacuum with it dry prior to filling?

I don’t know about CSF radiators for European cars. I’ve never had good luck with this brand for Japanese vehicles. After 3-4 installations and less than a year of use, their tanks leaked at the gaskets. I’d like to know how the long term use of this radiator. I’m out here in Southern AZ where we have temperatures that reach well over 105F. Make sure you back flush the A/C condenser with a shower spray of water (engine side out towards the bumper). Road debris gets caught in the condenser fins and impedes air flow. Your radiator will perform much better as well as your A/C.
