i need to know how to remove this parcel shelf WITH the sunshade on an e39- I'm trying to do my rear coils- HELPPP lol...

There are three nuts in the trunk that hold the sunshade in-- you need to remove those, then pull the entire rear deck up and out towards you. There are also bolts under the caps for the child safety seat anchors, and you need to remove the rear seat as well.

mine is a 99- so I don't have the child tether clips...but I've taken out every bolt possible except these trunk nuts you're talking about.... would you happen to have a diagram where they are or is very obvious once I look into the trunk?

Yes, lay down in the trunk and you'll see them. Three gold nuts in a line.
