The value is usually mg/stroke, as in how much extra fuel is being added to balance the cylinder out

Thank you for the great video and info. In bummer link, the unit of measurement is 1/S2, so a measure of acceleration. Not sure here in your tool. I noticed cylinders 4 and 5 mostly negative all the time, so you might want to verify those. I was worried that I saw some higher values while driving, but as you explained, must be measured in idle. Thanks again.

Oh man mine are all over the place. Some are at 45, others at 20, -50, -30

Check your coil, spark plug, and injector. If all those check ok check compression.

How much is a smooth running controller? Plugged my 120d into a computer and the only code that stayed on was 4B10 being the part above (smooth running controller).

You would need to get a leak down compression test on each cylinder

How high would the values get to be of concern? Close to zero is optimal, but how far from zero is too much? I have a 4cyl reading up to 2.2 on cylinder 1 and the rest are close to zero

I am not sure, you could pull the connector off of one coil and see what the reading will go to just to see what the max value possible is.
