Conor Jackson because it's a starting model of bmw.... You cannot get all of them in samsung basic smartphone, but you can get all features in samsung flagship s6, 7,8 phone.... X1 is not an flagship product for bmw.... It as x3, x5, x6

. I had owned the bmw x1 corporate 2012 and bought it for 34lac on road. This package seems to be a challenging one. It's must be a tough competitor for fortuner endeavour and all other 30+ lac seven seaters. GREAT WORK BMW. P.s the last rear wheel drive is one such enthusiastic cheetah.. Let me drive the new one.

Dude good review but one correction...the old X1 had 50:50 weight ratio. The new model which is front wheel car, does not have that!

The new BMW X1 looks closer to X3 and unlike its predecessor has a SUV like stance. At a starting price of Rs 30 lacs..this is a good car to drive. With additional spare tyre and navigation system (which has been missing in BMW cars)..this now looks like a great package. BMW should launch this car soon to also boost its falling sales.

Imperial791 Ecosport is an compact SUV or urban SUV as they call it, sub 4m. But it does have an SUV stance. No 4*4 no SUV :)

Pratik Gupta still not worth it This is exactly why Skoda Superb beat BMW,Audi,Merc etc in sales when it first launched as it offered excellent value for money and didnt skimp on features- basic and luxury I think the Santa Fe or CRV are miles better and are even cheaper to maintain

No rear camera for car that starts at 30 +? Seriously what is BMW thinking! In fact even the interiors do not seem to look premium. Between this and the ford endeavor, I think Endeavor makes more sense, unless you are ready to pay 10 lakh premium for the three letters of B,M and W to buy a car which is worth 20 lakhs at best maybe!

20-25 lakhs is the maximum they should take from this car even with luxury brand name , at a road price of 38-40 lakhs for base model it is ridiculously overpriced (also they remove many standard features to evade import duties)
