BMW X3, 3.0d - Four issues/errors - ABS, ESP, BREAKS, TYRE Pressure - Advice needed

my 2004 x3 had this, i replaced the rear axles and the abs sensors on the rear and all the lights went off except for that 4x4 triangle. That one is a mystery for me; it used to come on after 10 miles of driving and then reset after a re-start, now its just on all the time.

Had the same problem it is one of the wheel sensors. the garage fitted a new one and its been fine ever since

Could be sencor on wheel... incorect tyers that affect 4x4 transmission to fail either the plastic gear is worn or transfer motor.

Vyměnit čidlo ABS , jedno na nějakým zadním kole .s tímhle jsem se setkal na svojí x3 vyměnil jsem asi levý zadní čidlo ABS a všechno v pohodě.

Check your wiring under front right tires splash shield. 06-2010. Bundle of wires are usually corroded from washer fluid dripping over time. If your x3 abs pump is on the driver's side above that splash shield unplug the abs module and follow the wiring its usually right there rubbing against splash shield (fender liner). Bmw x3s are known for this isuue ...not known for faulty abs...Your welcome.

06-10 the abs pump is under the dme on left side. If that's the case check the passenger side under fender liner. If your module is above fender liner and not in back with dme, check the passenger side by unplugging module and following the wire.

I have this exact issue on my 05 X3, anyone has the solution now? I have replaced the transfer case motor and the right rear abs speed wheel sensor but the codes and lights still remain.

Had the same problem, noticed the battery was old and I had blocked drainage on the front under the bonnet, hasn't come on since so I believe it was one of these, poor battery or water on the electrics

I have the same issue . 4x4 tire , brake lights all on . I change the transfer case motor . Lights did not go off. Clean the wheel sensor . Changed the tires , No lights off . Anyone have advice ?

Right now abs and brake lights are off no more on dash..but I have the still 4x4 lights on it say no communicate with dsc sensor..they told me on the Scanner.

Have the ABS sensor checked. Two of mine went within a month. Each time the same errror codes and the same lights on.

@@fixanddrive Actually the transfer case motor and the right rear abs sensor were changed and I still have the lights on :( so tomorrow I am taking it to an independent BMW mechanic.

How did you find out? It was the ABS sensor not the transfer case? Did you run codes?

I own a 2007 BMW x3, the 4x4 warning light comes on together with the wheel sensor when I give it 4000 rpm, then when this warning light comes on the car shakes and turns hard, then when I stop and restart the car it disappears. What could it be? does the problem show no problem? could it be the ABS sensor? thank you

@@aldenmolina2054 Not yet. At the last diagnosis, the mechanic gave an error on the electrical part, I'm going to take it to the service to check the entire electrical system.

Zapewniano mnie na forach, że to zębatka plastikowa w skrzyni rozdzielczej. Okazało się, że strzelił czujnik ABS w lewym przednim kole. Po miesiącu dokładnie te same błędy i poszedłem z pretensjami do serwisu, że to pewnie zębatka a nie czujnik ABS. Serwis powieidział, że strzelił drugi czujnik ABS w lewym tylnym kole, w co nie chciałem uwierzyć, że taki zbieg okolicznośći w przeciągu mieśiąca. Prawie pokłóciliśmy się. Wymienili drugi czujnik i spokój. Mieli rację i musiałem i grzecznie przeprosić.

I agree it's the plastic gear inside that actuator part needs replaced...I have a 2007x3 3.0si with same exact issue I know what the fix is only don't what is needed to fix it on my own

It is because you guys have replaced wrong size tires in some place. BMW X3 needs same tire size for front and back as well. Don't run the car before you fix it. it will damaged your entire car.
