Suntan until she was tan, then cover everything up except her cheeks and lips. Stay out another 10 or 15 minutes until they burn. So that way she always had a tan with rosy cheeks and lips. It's easy to tell even if it seems amazing that Johnny Carson was nervous. Johnny was the king of late-night but some women can even make a king nervous.

It was an act! 😂 she was a terrible interview so he was putting on that act to make it funny.

Goddamn!! In her prime Bo Derek was most definitely one of the most iconically beautiful women in the world! Few women other than her could've made me sit through Bolero multiple times. :p

Did you ever watch it entirely through in one sitting or more like 15 minutes at a time? That movie also brought us the very beautiful Olivia d'Abo.

well we know you didn't sit it thru because of her acting, which was pretty much non-existent. I bet you weren't sitting there eating popcorn either.

She was beautiful. Her husband held her back though. She could have had a movie career. But her husband wanted total control over her.

I worked with her 20 years later on the Drew Carey show. Very nice, and stunning. I was a child when 10 came out. Look up the episode Drew Carey's high school reunion! Pretty funny, with Ryan Styles in it as well! She reminds me a bit of when Lindsey Lohan was younger. before she ruined herself with all the plastic surgery!

I don't think she's necessarily dumb, just soft-spoken and laid back, maybe even a bit shy. Is that fair to say? Maybe she's more gregarious in her latter years, I don't know.
