Very good video, as always. Really enjoyed the Back Talk! I've sold very few of my games (less because of the shipping costs and more because I'm too lazy to go to the post office) but I've given away many over the years to my friends. I've also been donating quite a few to my local library in recent months because I want someone to play them, rather than having them sit on my shelf.

I believe UK GamesExpo is in Birmingham and not Manchester even though you could fly to the latter city.

The best ways to buy/sell used games are no-ship methods: either a local marketplace on BGG (we have two in MD, one for DC metro, one for Baltimore, with some overlap) or at a con flea market (like for DTE!).

In the UK its suuuuper easy to sell games (especially through Facebook)- I almost never have trouble selling my stuff, and being a relatively small island shipping is pretty easy and cheap 😁

Possibly the "last" nation-wide source for selling used games that I've found is Noble Knight Games. I've sold to them for years now. You take a pretty big hit to the value, but they'll basically buy anything... and they pay for shipping! Especially when I have a bunch of lower value games that aren't worth the effort of shipping individually that I can't match up on BGG in a trade, I'll build up a pile of them and send them en masse to Noble Knight for store credit. Definitely goes to Tom's point that you're losing money on the exchange, but absolutely points for convenience in my book.

I've been lucky to sustain my board game purchases by selling my used games or extra blings. Examples like selling Dwellings of Eldervale legendary to buy Andromeda's Edge or Thunderroad Vendetta Maximum Chrome to get in on the its second KS with the expansion. Or sell the miniatures for games to keep the base game for free such as Tainted Grail and Castles of Burgundy. I don't mind the shipping and always have the buyer pay for it. It is getting harder though since the value in crowdfunding has gone down.

Me again!! Red die on shelf still hasn't been corrected. Pips are off kilter. Please correct as this is my 5th video I've commented on. Thanks!😉

31:55 The criticisms against Legacy are not only about replays. It's *also* about the resale value, destruction of your property, and wastefulness of it all. Literally disposable games? That's gross.

Top tip: when you're in "Manchester, England", never refer to it as "Manchester, England"
