My husband works for your district as a custodian and hearing all that he has to go through as a custodian is insane!!! And the custodian that spoke at the 30th min of this video is speaking the truth!!!!! They deserve more support and they should work together!!!!!

Yessss the favoritism coming from supervisors, these employees experience anxiety and stress everyday! These higher and superiors are very unethical and speak to their custodians in a very unethical way!
