What's the height of the trays?

cards: 50mm, tokens trays 22 and 26mm.

do the cards fit in sleeved?

yes, see @6:33 , but if you sleeve them, you can store less expansions than I'm showing here. But the core game fits easily, plus maybe a smaller expansion or two.
