Richard Harrow was a great character in a worthy series. He was a cold-blooded killer, yet sensitive and vulnerable, and wounded tragic figure. Yeah, he gave "Boardwalk Empire" added flavor. That bad ass shoot up scene of the Gyp Rosetti enclave is pretty gruesome ... and pretty cool as a movie-action sequence.

@@Je_QzcY3mN0 yeah I never understand this type of stand-off in movies either. I think in Silence of the Lambs they say to shoot the shoulder because it causes the gun to whip away and disables the arm. Or just headshot. Like usually they're having a gun fight and it suddenly stops with each pointing a gun at the other. Just shoot! MAYBE the gun will go off and MAYBE it will still be pointing towards you when it does but it's a guaranteed head shot for you and you've spent the last two minutes dodging many aimed shots already so why not one more potential one.

Best character of the entire show hands down. One moment in the show I really liked, was after he took out Manny, and Mickey claimed credit, he stormed into Nuckys office holding Mickey at gun point, and when speaking with Nucky about how he took manny out he tells Nucky how he has no grudge against him because him and Margaret were nothing but good to him. Especially knowing that Nucky killed Jimmy. Really like how he realized Jimmy just lost fairly and how he had no grudge. It just shows the respect he had and the level of morals as well. How above all his main goal was protecting Tommy. He was just probably the most moral character on the show and was always super reasonable. I remembered getting really worried at the scene of him in the woods. I wasn’t ready for him to go then I’m glad he didn’t
