Bob is one of those golden characters who you hang onto every word they say. I don't think this is an 'act' as such, he genuinly is in a world of his own. When he does 'Would I lie to you' it is impossible to tell when he is lying as his true stories are beyond rediculous anyway. An absolute legend who reduces me to tears of laughter, one of the funniest men ever.

Fun fact, the thing Bob is using at 3:09 is a piece of equipment he had to use after his heart operation. He hated it as he couldn't go out until he reached a certain target, his entire life revolved around it for a while. If you haven't read his autobiography I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Bob.

It's called an Incentive spirometer and it is used for patients after surgery as a way to prevent atelectasis...as patients normally take more shallow breaths due to pain. This focuses on taking a nice deep breath in. Very common in hospitals
