Something not too often said about Bob Odenkirk's heart attack situation is that thankfully he didn't have the traditional A-list actor's mindset at filming where once they've done their scene they go back to their RV or room and don't stick around when the smaller scenes are being shot. He is one of the guys who sticks around to inspire the smaller actors in the episodes when the camera is rolling and that's part of why so many people were around to help him when tragedy struck

That's not correct. He was filming a scene himself when it happened. And only him, Kim, Howard, and possibly Lalo were in the scene. So it was just a few of the other actors there at the time.

I was in Blockbuster just after they put out the DVD for Mr. Show. I'd never heard of it, David Cross or Bob Odenkirk. I rented it since I had rented about everything else in the place, took it home, watched it all in a day and instantly became a lifelong fan of the entire cast! It was amazing!
