The seamaster 300m is a classic timeless elegant watch. i wear the 300m quartz version and have to say its just simply beautiful and reliable. Omega are the best in my opion! great review!

I'm so glad they did a midlife refresh. Still a classic. I have always regretted selling my old Seamaster on. I shall one day replace it. Those little "tweeks" have bought this beautiful watch bang up to date.

I have the Older version Non-Ceramic and honestly I can't wait to get my hands on this new model. Now with Omega upgrading to Ceramic and Maxi style hour markers, it's clearly in Rolex neighborhood. Great review Bob...keep up the good work 👍

Great watch! - Big fan of the Seamaster line. Got the Seamaster 2220.80 myself. For people looking for a great watch, at a decent price, the Seamaster and Speedmaster is a great choice. I use my Seamaster just as much as my GMT-M2.

first time hear someone describes the ceramic bezel insert as "very handy for car parking as well" LOL that's so funny. never thought of this before. but yes i guess that's very useful and don't even need a chronograph for that. i've just subscribed to the channel

Even though the watch doesn’t have the wave dial , it does have the wave on the back with the seahorse , although I’m not a lover of the new wave dial , in my opinion the white face with a black rubber strap looks amazing .

Banks Lyon are great - really welcoming. I'm moving away in July and will miss them, maybe I'll get one last watch before I leave...! As an aside, I have the blue version of this watch as my every day watch, and I couldn't be happier with it. I half wish it had a sapphire crystal window back, but you need to upgrade to the Planet Ocean for that and it's just too thick for my tastes.

Just bought omega sea master 300m. Although it’s a very fine time piece, I’ve come to realize, there’s really nothing impressive about it, for the price I paid for it, I think it should do more like luminous should last longer, if your diving really deep, it gets really dark, how can you tell how oxygen you have left if you can see your watch,

You should have went with the Seamaster planet ocean, I recently bought one and i must say i am very impressed. The lume is very long lasting.

Omega wouldn't do it, but who knows what an independent watch repair man might do, if he had the part.You'd only be killing the watch as a collectible if you start bastardizing it.

Nice review, I think to buy this omega seamaster diver 300m blue version or longines hydroconquest chronograph new model with ceramic bezel L3.783.4.96.6 which one is better choice, worth to pay 1000$ more in omega seamaster.

Beautiful watch however a clasp with micro adjustment would be more pragmatic for day to day wear. Divers wear a dive computer now anyway so a a dive extension is a superfluous feature that would only ever be used 1% of the population. This model is screaming for an update - with sensibly crafted lugs, micro adjustment clasps and and anti magnetic movement, I would buy that in a heart beat.

does anyone notice this but me? look at the way the lume is applied to the hour markers, it seems to run over. if i had to guess, if it is really like this in real life, i'd say this is a copy. maybe it is just the camera, check it out. you watch collectors better wake up. lol.
