Fantastic piece. Beautiful presentation case, its nice to see someone taking care to unbox the watch and look after the case its self its so annoying when you see people throw the box around and keep banging the watch on the table.

Picked one up a few months ago. The newer version is a bit larger and has the wave pattern is dial, but I preferred this model. The packing is everything detailed here and more. Along with the watch it must be seen in person. Recently I began to notice that the power reserve was not holding anywhere near the stated 48 hours, so it was sent in for inspection. Nothing obvious showed up, but as a precaution they performed a complete overhaul including new seals and replacing the hands and all at no charge. Now THAT is customer service.

Why are there 5 slots in the Omega card case ? I bought this watch. Got the cards,but what could possibly go in the orther 3 ? Actually, I bought the Omega 300m master coaxial, no escape valve. I live on a sailboat, i dive, the escape valve is redundant. If you're a desk diver, or recreational diver, or just like the look. Ok.... Looks just like my Tag Heuer Aquaracer. That valve,unless you're James Bond, and it does something amazing, or a stylish commercial diver( trust me,style is way down my list of priorities), it's a second entry point for water,and something else to go wrong. The year that watch was made. This box is the newest iteration and replaced the old red box. I'm sure there are still some old stock floating around at the time of the video.

Omega stopped making the divers extension with ceramic balls. If you take a look at your divers extension you will not see any ceramic balls. I know this because I own the very same watch in black. I thought something was wrong with mine because it didn't have ceramic balls in the divers extension. I called Omega and was told the new 300's do not have them anymore. They would not say why.

Thanks mitch- i was so worried after buying mine just a couple of hours ago.. the lady in store didn't go through the details and features of this particular handsome watch. I also thought that mine was an old version ;( beacause i kept looking for the ceramic balls on the extension :) Wifey has a a black dial i bought more than two years ago and still has it. Anyway ..i am more settled and even happier now. Cheers :) kudos to 3 Minutes Of life .
