"A child of four could carry it." "A child of 4? Four what?" Or "FOR what?" I'm not sure which four Brad was asking about, but he reminds me so much of myself in conversations. My mind goes in two or three different directions as to what something might mean and I wonder what exactly someone is talking about. He's wonderful in that he's focused on understanding exactly what Bob means. However, when I saw this, I giggled out loud and got tears in my eyes. It happens all the time in your videos, but this time today it just kind of struck me funny! I love you guys - both of you! And Brad you seem to be the more physical one, and I was am like that too, always willing to demonstrate something physical that I'm talking about if I need to. You both are just wonderful and we are so grateful for you and your videos! Thank you so much and keep doing them! thank you!! 😁💕

The last two operations I have had on my knee has been regarding the ligament clunking when I bend and straighten my leg, like really bad to the point my surgeon was so impressed about how bad it was. After the last surgery I had, they tried to loosen that band but I’ve still got a clunk, not as bad but it’s still doing it but also now it’s getting locked over the top of the knee. It makes me not want to do much as it does hurt. I’m only 9 weeks from the operation, I get Physio, I try and do my exercises but it just hurts, when I walk I don’t want to go past that point as it will clunk. I’m lost on what I should do, this was my 4th operation I’ve had a lot of things go wrong with this knee apart from the clunk. Thank you

A good tip I do is go to a park where the children's swings, slides etc.are. some of these parks have a cushion surface to walk on. I think it made of shredded rubber. . And I walk around on it. Feels great bc no stress on joints. I choose a time when no kids r there, like sun evenings, evenings or early mornings 5 or 6 am. Etc. Good exercise and no stress on joints.

Mine came about from curtsey slunge squats, where you lunge back, but foot is diaganol behind, like a skating movement...so it pulls on that band you talked about at an angle and, then a day later this clicking in my knee...should go, is not painful at all...may stay away from those particular exercises, as absolutely wrecked those bum muscles that are not used to that angling, likely I am very tight in that band when pulled at an angle...thanks for the video.

overdid it on the stairs doing laundry a few months ago. 60+ now quite often my left kneecap seems traversed by 'violin strings' (or ligaments?), each one plucking as they pass over in a firm glide - it even seems audible. i cannot find anything online describing what this might be. it happens when I have my feet up at rest and I place any pressure on my extended lap, such as when my cat settles or walks on my legs or I move my PC (which I have on a tray and is a bit weighty) down from my lap. i can also press lightly on my kneecap and have counted as many as 7 'violin strings' sliding over. ?? 🤔
