I have five sets of differing sizes. I can't go to sleep with out them. :) I like the glass/stone ones (large marbles) that don't ring. They are NOT like fidget spinners at all. The trick is to breathe, relax the hand, and allow them to move freely without allowing them to 'clack'. Certainly do not drop them onto any hard surface. I keep mine under my pillow - yup, all five sets, and i can find the ones i want just by feel! :)

@@righteousshadowsdojopt.3979 YES. Concentrating on not letting them clack is the key to dreamland. ☺ I sleep on my side. The arm that is closest to the bed gets the balls, palm up. I keep a rolled up sock to rest the wrist of that hand on. Have fun trying to find them in the morning, though!

I got a pair a a thrift store for $3.00. They are the small one like the ones in this video but mine have elephants on them. It also came with this small green marble looking thing idk if it was supposed to come with it and if it is jade or just some random marble that was left in there by the previous owner 🤷‍♂️ Either way, they are nice. Probably a little small for my average size hands but its better than nothing.

Speaking of a fidget spinner-like activity for ADD... Balisong (butterfly knife) tricks does it for me! (You practice with trainers that aren't sharp, BTW.) There's a trick where you twirl it with your index and pinkie, which forced me to strengthen muscles I didn't know I had. Rice bucket training is also excellent, and made my wrist pain go away. But I just got a pair of these, too. The more physical skills/movements you can learn, the better IMO. I know grip strength is associated with longevity... I have a hunch cultivating manual dexterity in particular may be good for your brain, since so much of our brains are devoted to manipulating things with our hands...aside from language, it's the main thing that separates us from beasts.

You guys don't know what you're doing with those at all! They should never touch. That's not an advanced version to not let them touch that's the way to do it. You don't let them touch!!!! And it doesn't create fidget spinners that implies that it is a fidget spinner saying it is a fidget spinner is a theory of yours and yours alone.
