Don't have fusion surgery. I did L5-S1 with no pain relief, nothing changed.

I used screw hooks screwed into a 2×4 at 3 different levels.

Our Wall anchors work great but you could use a door hanger as well

Please if you can on all these exercises fill us in on the breathing techniques to them-- when you breathe in and when you breathe out --how long you hold it or don’t hold it (especially with the core) esp. when it comes to our lower back--I’m assuming we’re pulling the hips in (rolling them in) and tightening the tummy area?

Hey i was wondering about the McKenzie method. A common lower back workout people do are supermans, but some people say the supermans puts too much pressure on the spine.The McKenzie method looks very similar in motion to the supermans. Does the McKenzie method also then not put a lot of pressure on the spine?

We do back to McKenzie method. However everybody is different so if it causes you pain we recommend that you stop that particular exercise

have you ever suggested the alexander technique ? most problems are due to using the self wrong. physios always think stretches and strength. use yourself as your supposed to. which most people dont . been following you guys and other physios for ages but it dosent work if your mechanics are off
