would be great to see modifications for those with knee, shoulder, etc, problems

Great video! We are both in our 80's! We believe that you don't stop moving when you get old, you get old when you stop moving! We're doing some research for our tiny new healthy-aging advice KZbin channel. Learned a lot. Thank you. **

Hi, I have scoliosis and have to wear a back brace which makes it harder to do things, is there anyway you could make a video on how to sit on the sofa with a back brace properly because I keep think that if I slouch with my back brace on then it wont hurt because I have a back brace.
@suzywyatt56584 жыл бұрын
What I mean by 'it wont hurt' is will it still cause a bend in my spine more even tho I'm slouching but with my back brace on

Hello! was hoping to get a response from you guys. I woke up with a hurt knee! I don’t recall hurting it yesterday at work. It hurts to walk. It does not hurt to bend or jump or anything. I did your meniscus tests on your video on how to tell if you hurt your meniscus. None of those exercises hurt. I am confused. I played soccer for 16 years and never had a knee problem. Help!!!

I was also confused because some of the moves seemed to contradict what Bob and Brad have said in previous videos.

Yeah the “high pull” I thought was no longer considered wise

2:40 I thought this move was bad for the back? "Good Mornings" I thought they were called.
@jakebrooks29694 жыл бұрын
Hi Kris, the good morning usually has at least a barbell on the shoulders of the mover. This is more of a standing hamstring stretch. Of course if you have any pain, then stop. Otherwise, this move can be great for tight hamstrings and calves.

And you need to keep your low back stabilized or you can do yourself a mischief

Yeah it looks like the Good Morning exercise, without the weights. Not good. Hip hinging is good, but not this movement, best to avoid. Does more harm than good. Good Mornings = Goodnight

I agree with you Kris Gee. When I'm doing exercises (esp with weights) I think about what the movement is trying to achieve - is it to strengthen glutes, back, shoulders, RC, chest and so on? Oftentimes there is debate over whether a specific exercise is "good". A simple fix for me is to choose another exercise that achieves the same outcome for the muscle/s I'm working on

Hey guys,you can use a sticky block from 99cent store , for your phone.its just a sticky square that holds things on surfaces. It’s not a sticker just sticks to surfaces🤗it’s over in the phone/tech isle . Love Bob And Brad!

Oh yeah, like teacher use to hang stuff on walls. Sticky Tack or Poster Putty. Great idea!
@behindthechairwithdarlened21044 жыл бұрын
Kris Gee it’s more like a plastic , rubber , made just for this. I don’t want your phone to break , poster tack isn’t strong enough.
