Bobcat 763 Lift Cylinder Seal Repair: No Removal From The Machine.

I work to replace my hydraulic lift cylinder seals without removing the cylinder from the machine.
Lift cylinder seal kit for this specific Bobcat 763 model:
Rod: 1-1/2"
Bore: 2-1/4"

A third form of safety is a chain or cable from the rear up to the lift arms, good for you considering safety!

The orange thing on the cylinder on the other is a saftey stop might want to try using that

4:34 The 863 has a lift cylinder emergency release lever to the right of the seat which might have been safer than starting the machine up to pull out your lift cylinder.

Interesting to see how a seal kit can fix hydraulics. It will be itneresting to see how long it lasts! Do you know anything about how these seals work and how long they're intended to last?

If a machine sits a long time the seals will deteriorate faster. When its in use the seals will last longer, I'd say life expectancy is probably 7-10 years or so
