Bobcat Track Loader-Skid Steer - Parking Brake Won't Release - Fault Code 0613

If your parking brake starts sporadically engaging or won't disengage at all, then your engine speed sensor could be bad, disconnected or making a poor connection. This took me about 45 minutes of research, and about 5 minutes to fix since my sensor had just become disconnected.
The machine needs about 400 RPMs at a minimum to release the parking brake, so if your sensor is not sending an RPM signal, the brakes will not release.

Try looking at the part I pointed out in the video. If it is the same as mine, that part is probably bad.

Aparece o codico v8403 e o código M2503, e nao anda!!!

I realize it's difficult to hear with the machine running. Just know that you need a good connection and that the sensor I noted can be bad and cause the parking brake to stick. My issue was simply a bad connection and simple to fix, but that sensor can and does go bad and that will cause the parking brake to stick and not release.
