I would like thank you for your great videos. This one hits home for me. I am an Arkansas native and I love trapping the pines. I do love the way you make it not just a show but a love for the sport. Tight chains

Enjoyed the show there i think this year may be challenging after this hurricane here with a lot of trees down effecting the animals travel patterns

When doing a remake could you just spray it down with sent killer to eliminate the smell??

If you don’t mind telling the area of where you are trapping here in Arkansas. The terrain looks familiar to me.

what does 'severely contaminated' mean?
@gerrydickinson93153 жыл бұрын
With using a drag on a trap the animal moves away from the original set when caught. When putting the trap back at the set or a "remake" as it's called the trap smells like the animal that was last caught in it and nothing else at the original set location does. A new animal working the "remake" set may dig up that trap because he can smell the old animals scent on the trap. "The trap is contaminated". They are using drags because the ground is super rocky. Driving a ground anchor would be very difficult. Hope this helps.

Will mb450 hold coyotes
@mattn96283 жыл бұрын
It should hold them fine but it’s a bit small. If given the choice go with 550 or similar sized trap.
@HoosierTrapperSupply3 жыл бұрын
agree with Matt N, the jaw spread of a 550 does give you an advantage over the 450 - it is a good tough trap though
