My dad died in 2003, he was in London for studies, during this time, he was able to attend Bob Marley concert at the Rainbow Theatre on the 3rd of June 1977, he used to tell me the concert was played 4 consecutive days from the 1st to the 4th, back then I didn't pay much attention, I really wish I did, he even met Bob very close at the Picadilly Circus, wish my dad could come back and tell me more about Bob, I have been listening to his music since the early 90s, what a legend.

He's been an inspiration to me for decades because I've learned that he didn't start out with a big voice...he had to work. Listen to some of the early ska recordings from the 60s. Thin reedy voice. But he transformed himself into arguably the best singer in rock history. The tonal variety he pulls out of his voice, so many textures and colors, growling, cooing, screaming... and he makes it look effortless. His complete lack of self-consciousness, what can I say? He died when he was half my age-no, younger! - and I still struggle with it every time I open my mouth. He's the GOAT 💚💛❤️

Bob Marley had me forever about 30 seconds into the “Catch a Fire” version of “ Stir It Up”. I recall that moment vividly. It was in May 1973 shortly after my wife and I boarded a specially modified, genuine red London double decker bus en route from Spain to Morocco with a bunch of German university students on a vagabond camping tour of Morocco’s back country. One of the students had a cassette copy of “Catch a Fire”, which would compete fiercely with “Dark Side of the Moon” for playing time on the bus’s sound system. Unforgettable music became the soundtrack for an unforgettable travel experience

If you get up and quarrel every day, your saying prayers to the Devil I say! That's a fact, Bob is the or was the living manifestation of a modern day profit, sent as much by the Lord God as Jesus the 12 apostles Moses and every known biblical messenger of our God! Bob is the head corner stone of this great building called civilization . He has single handedly restored as much feelings of faith and spirituality within the human race maybe as almost any documented past servant from the Lord . Bob breaks down walls within society that no other even touch, being half white from his father's seed. And a black man raised in the arm pit of all ghetto gang land society worst ever through the history of time. Bob is leaps and bounds above all others to come before and still to date after him spiritually, and philosophically! I love you Robert Marley you are inspiration without boundaries for all human kind.
