It's 2am and I was desperate to do something good with my life and wondering if I could ever do something at all. The thing is, I realized something huge in the middle of the video. Bob Ross teach us how to paint, but way more than that, he teaches us to believe in our own skills and that we can do things by ourselves. Knowing that you can do something is powerful. Hearing someone telling you you are allowed to makes mistakes and that you're not a failure and can do things is relieving. Thank you, Bob Ross. I truely needed that.

I have to say this. I think Bob Ross is teaching us beyond the oil painting technique, it is his attitude that he spread that makes so much difference. I don't believe tat I could paint without a tutor, but with his video and his words, eventually you will believe that it is ok to make mistake because eventually it wil turns out fine. I painted this by myself and the satisfaction is enormous! I might be a bit dramatic but I feel like he is conveying some important life message and attitudes to us. God bless him!
