Great video. I used to work for a vacuum cleaner company where we built the molds and molded parts. Good job showing how molding plastics works. And yes that job sucked.

you SHOULD start a kickstarter : to create a new mold of your own design to run through TP's factory.

What kind of disc would it be? What numbers we looking at?
@stevecinnibarhoffmanАй бұрын
@@sdreaver816 Reallly, that's a question for Anthony to answer : it'd have to be something he wants to throw. TP hasn't run a distance driver yet, so maybe that... but ultimately it wouldn't matter, as long as it's recycled plastic.
@sdreaver816Ай бұрын
@@stevecinnibarhoffman yeah. Was just curious what you were hoping for personally

The guessing of the equipment types cracked me. "Electron Microscope" got me. Looking forward to seeing you throw them

Awesome video, would love to see some bodanza custom, in house swirled discs for sale (If that is even a possibility). It would be a really cool limited drop of discs. You might become one of the only disc golfers to sell discs you swirled personally if it happened!

Do they weigh all the components to keep track of degradation over time or just for fun?

nobody in disc golf will get me to click a video faster than Jesse...from Trash Panda lol. for real though...i've NEVER seen a video that he was in that wasn't fascinating...especially when making discs is involved.

I work as a plastic supplier quality engineer so i travel to our plastic suppliers and the molds and machines can get MASSIVE, the biggest one ive seen at a supplier was about 25' on a 400 ton machine (compression force)

maybe irrelevant to the video, BUT, how is your golf distance these days? I was following your journey a year or two back but then deleted media (bc addiction), so im not caught up.

I think Jessie needs to reach out to Nike and see if they'll allow him to stamp a swoosh on those discs.
