Very informative, thanks! I'm willing to try. 😊 I noticed that legumes and fruit weren't mentioned. I'm assuming those are still OK? (I'm vegetarian, so beans are my main protein.) How about oats/oatmeal? Thank you again for all the content that you generously share. It's appreciated.

Wow, I didn't know about corn. Great video! Very informative! And for the last 4 or 5 years I just can't eat chicken or any other meat without having abdominal pain. I had to limit the meat consume since I can't find a good organic source to buy it. But thanks again for precious information!
