He beat this child so much it was normal for her to be beat. He just beat her one to many times and that last hit was enough to kill her. This child didn’t have anyone to protect her. Not her mother in a drug rehab and not her step mother, not her uncle no one. That little girl thought her father was her protector and even he didn’t protect her. She lived a life of not knowing what love was. There are just to many places in Manchester for him to hide her body. I’m sure someone even his ex-wife must have seen her dead. It’s really sad that the local police didn’t get actively involved until the FBI got involved.

He's an ardent republican, and wasn't even appointed to the bench by someone who was elected, but by a stand in temporary governor. Every single person at the hearing told him this was horribly dangerous - all the attorneys from the State, all the people involved in the case from DCFS, the birth family and the foster family. Newman refused to even LOOK at Montgomery's record - 20 years of violent criminal activities. He's held up people with guns and knives, beaten people up, he shot a man in the face. The Judge also didn't care that Montgomery's wife was also an addict, as were all the people who lived in the house in Manchester NH, and all the men who came and went. Montgomery was raised by his grandmother, who was an addict, who worked as a prostitute to make money. Everybody was an addict. But Newman "doesn't believe" in "big government" "interfering in personal lives" and" taking away from men their god given right to be head of the family,"

Every day there would be videos (plural) and there was rarely a happy outcome. It became so soul destroying I had to take a break from watching at points. Social services isn't great here at times (I know as I work within a residential unit for vulnerable children/teens) but it does seem to do a better job than what I see over in USA

I completely understand. I was never able to carry to term. I spent my life working with children. I even worked in Child Protection for a while and learned exactly how broken the system really is. It's impossible to provide adequate supervision of the children, families and/or foster families when youre drowning in paperwork.

Adams uncle seems to have tried, at least now we can see that. He tried to tell anyone who would listen, even child protective services about her black eye. He actually was the only one I saw so far who seemed to be honestly in pain and so emotional during his testimony against his nephew. He really tried. And I'm sure every single day he wishes he had done more. Poooorr sweet angel baby. At least he tried to out the abuse. God my heart breaks 💔 for this little tiny innocent baby. I came straight to the comments, after hearing that the poor little girl hadn't had any kind of contact from mommy, since Easter, according to her mother. Well, why on Earth not? Was the mother carted off to the rehab just after the Easter time contact, and then stayed their the whole 2 1/2 years? If not, why no contact? This little Angel had been abandoned by both parents. May God take her in to his garden and heart ❤️

After the Easter call the dad moved, mother is in different state, remember dad was given sole custody, he didn't have to tell the mum where he was, She has sound proof that she searched for her, she contacted police several times, but was told they can't do anything, DAD HAD SOLE CUSTODY, she contacted a news station who found him, he claimed the mum was getting her for Thanksgiving, Mum contacted news station again , they contacted him again, he said mum picked her up, his girlfriend said that wasn't true, he left with her , saying he was taking her to the mum, came back without her, The system let this baby down from the very beginning, giving dad sole custody, he had a violent history on file, mum had drug problems, but was in rehab when he got custody, several times through this baby years, the dad, girlfriend, harmony and another child were living in cars, homeless shelters, his family reported several times he was abusive, harmony had many black eyes, belt marks, system ignored the repeated reports, This baby's not in this world anymore 😔

How can they analyze him without knowing his normal baseline? Body language is not an exact science as we have all learned from the behavioral panel. While your panelist bring up some interesting points I'm not sure I'm convinced I agree with them. Not saying by no means that he isn't guilty. I personally believe he is. But any smoker knows he wasn't cleaning the table he was wiping away ashes from the cigarette. He seemed to me he was more nit trusting of law enforcement than he was actually lying about anything. At best I'd say his body language suggested he was holding back information for fear of law enforcement twisting his words. Just my opinion.

As a mother of a murdered child this breaks my heart, as a parent if my child was missing I'd be screaming and crying and answering all questions the police asked, wanting to find my child . and why didn't anyone step in knowing her dad was abusing her?.
