This judge needs to be called on or called out, by name, and we need to hear his reasoning , his excuses. For 1, not delaying that court date, for 2, giving a criminal custody, when clearly her foster parents WANTED her! And finally why were not ALL the children removed when they were living in a car!
@princekareem Жыл бұрын
Harmony's job was not to "save" her mother. What neglectful parents say - 'she was so kind, so giving, didn't want to see anybody mad or sad' - that's because mad or sad people treated her badly. And it tracks how Harmony was initially removed from Crystal's care into fostering well before being taken by her father. I can tell Crystal is gutted about all of this, but it's just sad Harmony had three dreadful people in her life and no one to turn to.

Poor child is right!!! It’s easy to judge a situation from an outsiders point of view, without any true, first hand knowledge. I too, initially pointed a finger of blame @ the Mom ~ the only one asking WHERE IS HARMONY!? from the rooftops. Initially I had felt as it sounds you do ~ Mom is a (now recovering) addict, lost Harmony to CPS so she holds blame as well. As this “case” has unfolded, my thots quickly changed. Yes. Mom had addiction issues. But. From all accounts, she was actively seeking help when Harmony was handed over to Adam. By a judge who clearly did not place the child’s best interest first & gave her life to a violent criminal. One who was an active drug addict & married to an active addict. No home visit or study was completed. Obviously, Adams violent criminal past wasn’t considered prior to making a judgement. Then. There was ZERO oversight via MA &/or NH CPS ~ Harmony was in MA CUSTODY! IMO? If *any!* state needs to assume custody of a child, the child shouldn’t be at more risk than with the parent whom the state removed custody of. 🤔Soooo….. Remove a child from a BAD situation & place her in one where she’s abused & brutally murdered!? 🤬 We need to DO BETTER!

Shout out to the Judge who decided to take Harmony away from her mother and put her with two monsters in a different state. Crystal has been through enough, but the judge took that child away from one drug addict and put her with two other ones instead. Where is the logic in that? I think the Judge should be prosecuted as well for making a decision that ultimately cost that child her life. Sounds like classic Essex County courthouse decision making. They consistently side for the wrong party every time.

Judges have immunity, just as police officers do. It would have to be something like a bribery for a verdict for anything to happen to a judge.
@AmeliaVonBarlow Жыл бұрын
@@lindseystein9676 I understand that, but this is someone’s life. They shouldn’t have immunity from poor decision-making. They can be sanctioned or disbarred just like any other lawyer. Good because most cps workers are school taught no real life problems and cases and the court system about money and bs . This was not the first woman that had issues with the man. She was like many under the control of the man who has over time beat her down to nothing. They should have given the mom every bit of help to get back on her feet. You never lived trying to survive and they again pushed the natural mom down instead of working with her. If you haven't worked with a person addicted then you should not attack what you don't understand and the court system needs to help the parent that was trapped . That Dad just didnt wanna pay support. I'm sure he beat the mom's as well. Physical mental emotional breakdown most don't have a clue.

Let's have some grace with Crystal. Yes she let drugs get her into a situation where she lost her children. That is a FAR FAR cry from killing her own child with her bare hands or even sitting there toting around the body of a child in a stroller with other children. In her darkest moments she fought for her daughter. If it wasn't for her who knows how long it would have been until someone reported Harmony missing. Adam and Kayla aren't human and we shouldn't put Crystal in a category with those two pieces of trash. Think about it how far of a stretch is it for you to do drugs? Now think how far of a stretch is it for you to punch a child to death or tote a corpse around?
