Don't inject into thighs, too many blood vessels. Belly fat works best. If no belly fat, you get a hip shot. Never leg. Triceps is OK once in a while. Don't do shoulders with a long needle. I had 3 month shoulder pain from flu Shor. At 6 months, the fed got says you have an afflicted shoulder syndrome or something that.
