“Can’t train like a horse, and eat like a bird” this is something EVERY beginning weightlifter needs to understand if you really want to see results UPDATE: I obviously know if you eat like this man you’ll get fat without some gear, but you still need to eat a sufficient amount of food in order to grow and feed your body. Common sense people.

True. But also people need to understand that you can´t stuff yourself with kcals until you want to puke and expect to not get fat. You can only do that if you have the hormone levels of a Juan Morel.

This video motivated me I was working out and dieting to get in shape for the fire academy I ate hardly anything and trained like crazy Something wasn't right I wasn't leaning up or building muscle Than I stumbled across this video Than I decided to increased my food intake Such as adding protein powder to my oatmeal breakfast Increase my lunch and dinner portions And a protein shake as a snack during the day I noticed that I had more energy to start working out even harder And now in starting to see better results Flatter stomach, more defined arms, ect My uncle kept on telling me that if I eat more ill get fat Boy was he wrong Obviously thats not the case It is possible to gain weight by under eating because your not getting the proper food intake so your body slows down your metabolism and stores the fat Now I'm even more motivated to get in the fire academy

Fish - for the guy who dismissed it - is the highest, most useful protein humans can consume. Eggs are right up there as well, especially because they're easily digested, and turned into slow fuel. But FISH, is not only an amazing source of pure protein, it's got everything needed to convert that protein into an incredibly bioavailable, dynamic fuel; without all the saturated fat in beef, and some chicken. It IS high in fat, but it's very high-quality, omega-3 fat, that's VERY useful in actually reducing the effects of visual body-fat.

Jake Romero what do you mean literally the last week or so is all keto as they have to deplete heavy
@waex3344
@waex3344 4 жыл бұрын
@@kevs2good133 that is just simply wrong...depleting glucose is not Keto, low/no carb diet is not keto diet. To achieve ketogenesis you basically feed your body with nothing but fat. The protein intake is merely there for the required amino acids. The body do not just magically switch to ketone as fuels when you stop taking carbs. Moderate protein intake can easily break you out of ketogenesis, and for pro bodybuilders it is near impossible for them to have low protein intake each meal. Even if they can manage to maintain relatively low protein high fat for each meal, the body still needs 3 to 12 weeks to fully function on ketone, during this adaptive process people would experience dramatic fatigue and strength loss, which is by no means in condition for competition. And none of these pros would go for a no carb diet at all.

Not really, happiness starts with the self, you grow and get big, you're happy in your own skin, every other sport is materialistic in its end product, bodybuilding grows who you are.

And again genetics. I grow so much better when I eat higher fat and protien and whatever carbs to fill my calories and get leaner. While others get fatter eating more fat it all depends to your body. I keep my carbs way too good I don't burn through it like water fats however I do. That's why I eat way more fats. 8,000 I don't believe Phil eats that much probably 7,000 or 8,000 on cheat meal. Idk but I don't believe it. I barely grow off of 4,200 and 5,000 to lean bulk then 3,800 to 3,500 to cut. I'm 6ft yes. Genetics got to love it.
