Here's how I make my protein waffles/pancakes: purchase whole grain (low GI) dry pancake mix (Great Harvest Bread has an awesome offering). Cook them as directed with however many carbs I want on high-carb/heavy lift day (PWO is very best). Eat covered with 0 cal "I can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray and sugerless syrup. Revel at how crazy good it is. Eat some protein source like egg white and lean bacon on side. Add coffee. Enjoy old-school, delicious breakfast that's bodybuilder clean.

Hi Michael, love these recipes man! The food looks really good, I'm hoping to try one of them out at some point. One thing though, in future would it be possible if you could perhaps give us the nutritional values (calories, protein, carbs etc.) of the food too? That way it'd be easier to arrange the meals around macros. :)

Could you substitute something for oats if you wanna make it low carb? Maybe almond flour or something like that?

Hi Michael, love your vids man! Quick question: Can I use casein proteinpowder as well for baking? I've heard ppl say that it will dry things out and that you should use whey instead. Have you ever baked with casein and are there things you should do different when using casein? I use Syntrax Micellar Creme. Thnx a lot man!
