I rarely comment on anything. However, I would like to express my gratitude for this video. Was suffering intense shoulder and upper back pain due to breastfeeding. I’ve been practicing this flow for several weeks and it is exactly what I need every morning. Candi, you are so delightful and calming. It truly is so pleasant to hear and watch you. Your manner of speaking is warming. Thank you for all you do and I will definitely be checking around your channel (when I have the time to do so, lol).

This was nice! I have a 3 week old and my back/shoulders are so tight from breastfeeding. My chiropractor told me to do yoga to help support my back. I found your video and it was so awesome. I loved that you gave us options to do where we are currently at. My wrists were so tight so that part was painful but I just did small circles and now my wrists actually feel SO good! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hey Sarah, thank you so much for all this wonderful feedback. I'm so very glad this class was helpful and accessible to you. I'll send some more gentle class ideas your way. Yoga for hands and feet - kzbin.info/www/bejne/p5rVhp2cl92Fobs And this is my postnatal playlist, read the write ups first as some are not diastsis recti safe, check with your doctor at your 6 week check up that you're clear of it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bYjSm2V4faiibMk Sending love and light 🙏

Liked this yoga practice a lot. I am breastfeeing for 2,5months now and have very heavy shoulders and lower back. This morning yoga helped me wake up and feel a bit releaved before the day ;)
