I'm new to your channel. I just got the TRX as a birthday gift from my family. My first experience with it was when my daughter took me to her gym. I fell in love with it. I have 2 knee replacements. I love the support I get with bending my knees. It helps me keep that ability to bend deeper than just doing it on my own. I don't do the moves where your directly on your knees, I just try to figure out a way to modify. Do you have any workouts for people with knee replacements? I'm only 51 and had my knees done in my mid 40's and late 40's. So I need to make them last the rest of my life. I did lose 145 pounds last year doing IF. So now, I just work on maintaining it still with IF. I workout 6 days a week, so I'm always looking for variety. Thanks for a great workout.
